Today is Palm Sunday. We received some palms from our church Lamb of God and from Emmanuel where Seth went to gradeschool. They are decorating the waiting room.
White blood count higher @ 18.7. Waiting on blood culture results if there is an infection.
Nurse, Stacey put on a sticker monitor on his head to monitor sedation. She tells him, “We are all taking care of you, this is all temporary”.
I’m sure she was talking about his physical care, but to me it was a comforting reminder that while our earthly life is temporary, it is through faith in Jesus that we receive the forgiveness of sins and eternal life in heaven. And Seth knows that too.
